Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has dozens of weapons available for use in Multiplayer and Zombies. Only two of these weapons are shotguns: the Marine SP and the ASG-89. You’ll start with the Marine SP, a pump-action shotgun that can one-tap enemies from close range.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 – Best XM4 Loadouts
The XM4 excels in virtually every situation with these builds.
However, if you move slightly out of range and take a shot, this weapon does virtually nothing. That’s where Gunsmith attachments come into play. While underwhelming to start, the Marine SP becomes a devastating weapon with the right build. Today, we’ll be looking at the strongest attachment combinations you can use on the Marine SP.
Tactical Stance Marine SP Build
Marine SP Build | ||
---|---|---|
Attachment | Pros And Cons | Advanced Stats |
Modified Choke (Muzzle) | ||
Long Barrel (Barrel) | ||
Quickdraw Grip (Rear Grip) | ||
Tactical Laser (Laser) |

Rapid Fire (Fire Mod) |

The Marine SP is highly inconsistent when you first get your hands on it. If you want consistent one-hit kills, you’ll want to build for tac stance, an aiming state that acts as a middle ground between iron sights and hipfire. In this build, tactical stance is actually more accurate than ADS.
If it wasn’t obvious, you’ll need the Tactical Laser for this to work. When you use your shotgun, use your alt-fire input to swap the gun’s aim behavior for tactical stance. For additional accuracy, we use the Modified Choke muzzle to tighten our pellet spread further. This compounds with tac stance’s pellet spread reduction to make your weapon incredibly accurate.
For the rest of the build, we run the Long Barrel to greatly increase the Marine SP’s effective range. The Quickdraw Stock makes aiming this weapon significantly faster, and Rapid Fire greatly reduces the firing delay between each shot. If you want to make the build even stronger, freel free to use the Gunfighter Wildcard and equip the Ranger Foregrip to enhance your sprint speed.
Loadout Recommendations
Perks | |
---|---|
Specialty | Enforcer |
Column One | Gun-Ho, Dexterity |
Column Two | Tracker |
Column Three | Double Time |
Equipment | |
Wildcard | Perk Greed |
Lethal | Preference |
Tactical | Stim |
Field Upgrade | War Cry |
The Enforcer specialty is ideal for a run-and-gun build like this. Gun-Ho and Dexterity make it much easier to use the Marine SP while using Omnimovement techniques, and Double Time gives you more uptime on tactical sprint. Tracker makes it easier to find enemy targets, but feel free to replace this perk with something else that better suits your playstyle. With three red perks, you’ll now restore HP and gain a movement speed buff when you kill enemies.
For moments where killing an enemy is less feasible, you can run War Cry to give yourself similar effects to Enforcer whenever you activate your Field Upgrade. And to ensure that you can get back in the fight quickly, we recommend Stims to instantly restore your HP after a duel.
